The storage unit was burglarized (possibly an inside job) and they did not properly investigate the matter - despite assurance provided that proper camera surveillance is in place when I initially signed the rental contract. On top of this, after filing a police report upon their request, the company did not liaise properly with the insurance company and basically absolved themselves for taking any responsibility to find an appropriate settlement. Attempts to follow up with both Access Storage corporate office and the insurance company over months now have been beyond frustrating and fruitless. Worst customer service and lack of professionalism I have ever encountered!

When I was doing my research, I originally was ready to go with Frogbox and then I found out there would be an extra charge to pick up from Aurora. So glad for that extra charge because I did more research and found out not only does City Boxes pick up from Aurora, they would cost less and allow me more time to have them! As everyone else has said Andrew is THE BEST. Customer service is in his DNA and of everyone we dealt with for the move, his friendliness and helpfulness simply blew us away. I should also add that the 6 guys from the moving company doing our move ALL said they prefer the dimensions of CityBoxes over frog boxes. They said they are easier to carry - because professional movers don't carry boxes the way the average person does. Andrew and the City Boxes website keep saying take more than you need - DO IT. It makes packing so much easier. And the dolly was great for moving stacks of boxes around. That's how I feel about my experience with CityBoxes, and thus I am compelled to write this review. They just delivered my order of boxes, not only to my door, but right into my apartment, through a particularly harrowing passage between two houses that even pizza delivery guys usually fear. All of this days ahead of schedule. I can't say enough good things about my experience with CityBoxes. The awesome customer service and communication turned me into a repeat customer even before I got the boxes, and the boxes themselves are amazing. Andrew stayed in touch with me every step of the way and made the whole process seamless. Super nice guy. My move is going to be so much easier, thanks to him. I'll be telling all my friends about CityBoxes.
