All of the usual big name shops are inside with fashion, music, stationers, jewellery and electronic stores making up the bulk of businesses. You won't find everything you want here but for the basics, it is alright. Footfall appears to have fallen since the opening of Bluewater a few years back meaning that it isn't as busy as other malls. It can get busy during the school rush as Bexleyheath is the changing point for practically every route home in the Bexley borough. Plenty of parking is available in the multistory on site meaning you can shop and drop your goods off in your car before continuing shopping. Buses run to and from the whole Bexley borough although it is worth noting that The Mall is nowhere near the train station. The place has undergone a refurbishment recently which makes it look a lot nicer than it used to. It has public toilet facilities upstairs as well which is very useful for when you are spending whole days in Bexleyheath. For cold, horrible rainy days, The Mall sure beats the local High Streets.

They are reliable and have never let me or my family down and by dad who is quite savvy when it comes to repairing cars swears by them. The prices are more than reasonable, not necessarily cheap but that is hardly their fault as a lot of spare parts come from manufacturers at a price. Parking is available outside the shop or in side streets around the shop. If you need car parts in Erith, Belvedere or Bexleyheath then this is a good place to track them down.

Tools, hardware accessories such as screws, nuts and bolts and basic electrical goods make up the bulk of the stock along with some housewares such as cleaning items and kitchen accessories. Owen's has a good rapport with the trade but welcomes regular customers too. The gentleman who works behind the counter is friendly and approachable and seems to know his stuff which is a welcome change from those High Street shops in which most of the staff don't know anything. Parking is not an issue here either. There is a pay and display opposite the shop but if you are there for goods which are easy to carry then Morrison's which is a 5 minute walk away is free and easy to park in.

I sent several emails, made numerous calls and the poor girls on reception couldn't do much other than pass on the message. I was never called back until demanding to speak to a manager who decided to call me on a Saturday to assure me the correct size would be sent out that following week with fast track courier. It was hassle trying to get a tracking number off them, after 3 days still no clothing arrived. I called the manager and a small child answered the phone - seriously unprofessional. The correct size eventually arrived a week later. Lovely garment of clothing but the customer service is non-existant. It can add serious stress especially if you have ordered it well in advance of a big event for which you ordered it for in the first place. To save you the hassle and stress in case you need to return an item....I would avoid this company.
