Unfortunately, the venue cancelled our agreement because it was "a city sponsored event" where MY venue would be the VIP area for top paying dogs... Due to weather conditions, I had to rent extra heaters (at their rate to ensure our guest were not cold). October happens to be supper windy. Our DJ, Bar Tender and guest almost were hurt by the crazy wind! Heaters were not standing... They fell over a couple of times... Originally, we were told we couldn't fit all the tables inside. However, after feeling and seeing the damage the wind could do, we decided to move 5 tables inside and just figure it out... DJ made it work though... He put the projected videos/photos from outside to inside (thank god for their white walls). He adjusted to the situation. I gave him a timeline, and unfortunately events did not coincide with it. Yet, he stepped up and offered a solution. All my friends talked about was how much fun it was. They ALL wanted the DJ's business card at end of event. Very professional person. He can go with the punches, and give folks a good time. BOOK HIM!! Worth every penny!

I desired to have the best for my wife for this celebration with family and friends; this venue did not fail me. From the first step entering this facility, inquire what they offered to the end of the evening there was no disappointment. This venue offers everything needed to accommodate the desires we had. The contact this venue has with other vendors relieved the stress of us searching for centerpieces, DJ, transportation, and everything else in between. Stepping out of the limo unto a red carpet laid for us at the entrance, entering, we were taken back with the decor, the colors, and the lighting we envisioned. Our guests and family had so many great comments about the venue; my wife and I were so happy and blessed; this is what we wanted to achieve, and it happened! The facility manager Marshall Keyes is an exceptional and inspirational man. Always positive from the very beginning to the very end. He was present at our reception, opening the doors and welcoming us as we entered. Andrea, our coordinator from the facility, is an incredible person. She consistently communicated with us during the planning, ensuring our request would accommodate the vision. Andrea was also present at the reception, assuring all was in order. Let me say if you want a party in the summer look into another hall!! The AC does not work it was probably 85 inside they use these portable swap coolers around the hall but it only feels good if you're standing or sitting right in front of it. Once the hall started getting packed with our guest it just got miserably hot. It felt better outside than inside!!! I kept asking for the ac and they just blew me off said it was on (they were referring to the swap). My daughter actually had her day ruined because she got heat stroke and spent most of her night outside throwing up uncontrollably. I will say the security was amazing the one security guard gave my daughter a tshirt to put on because we had to quickly get her out of her dress to cool her down with loose firing cool clothing. DJ is horrible doesn't play the music requested and gets drunk of the liquor I had to pay for! Bartender for the most part was trying her best to help. The package deal where they recommend a photographer please do not use this guy as these pictures are not professional it's like someone's hobby and for all the money spent and all the horrible things that happened I can't believe we have such ugly photos. Bottom line if you want a party in anytime during the heat PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY, go somewhere else where your guests can enjoy and be comfortable. I paid full amount for photos before taking pictures, and, he was in rush to take my pictures after getting full amount. He promised me to take the pictures on different locations to take different poses, but he took lot of pictures in studio just to kill the time, and in the end we went in the near by park to take picture, and he spend just 10 mintues over there to take pictures and after that he said we are done. He selected his own (without knowing me) just 10 pictures and send me by email after 3-4 days. I will recommand that do not pay him before getting your promised services over the phone or text.
