I was sought out by Chaz at Acclivity. He made it sound like they would do all the "foot work". After an interview with Chaz and some other guy, I then met with Melanie who sent me out on an interview. Melanie was supposed to be the contact person but I had the hardest time getting her to call me about how the interview went or for any other job interviews for that matter. I had interviewed with the company on a Thursday. I had to email her and call her a couple of times. The following Friday is when she finally called me back and her excuse was, "I've been so busy" and my favorite, "I thought I called you about this". How do you not know if you talked or didn't talk to someone.? I was not impressed with her and decided to move on. There are plenty of other companies out there more willing to help. read more

I've had the worst experience with this company due to many factors; poor communication, failure to respond within a timely manner and the worst of all, dishonesty. In my opinion, this company is not diverse in employing all people of color, only their Caucasian counterparts. OMG!!! Yes that is how I will start off this review lol. I have worked for temp agencies before as well as worked in healthcare. Never have I had the experience of both in one job. I was called by Helen who was so pleasant over the phone; to the point it was contagious lol Then I met with her a few days later and from the receptionist, to the staff members, to Helen; everyone was so positive and upbeat. Meeting with Helen she had 3 positions based on my resume that would fit me perfectly. She discussed the differences in pay, hours, locations, and etc so that I could make a choice. She even assured me that she not only was looking to find a great fit for their client but a great fit for me as well. I received a call the same day concerning my 1st choice, so my 2nd choice was now on the docket lol I received a call the next day and was already booked for an interview for the next week. Keep in mind that this all happened on a Wednesday-Friday process. I was booked for a interview before Friday; this was unheard of for me lol. I was prepped for my interview by Melanie; sassy Melanie is what I call her lol(she is awesome by the way). Melanie is straight forward she is going to give you pointers to get you hired and ready. You will be ready for any question and you will have a list of questions of your own to ask. (I told you she was awesome lol) Let's fast forward......3 weeks later I am working...direct deposit hit for the 1st payroll, I have been checked on multiple times by all the staff. I have not had a great experience with this company . Jennifer was very nice and tried to help right away but then I was forwarded to James in Tucson because I was told he worked with that employer in Phoenix . He was nice too but the odd part was I was told I was interviewing for either front desk or mailroom then I get to the interview and was told no it would just be a special project lasting about a month . I never heard any feedback from James . Then I got a call from Melanie ( who I see on a previous post wasn't great with someone else either ) regarding an interview . I had to stop her and tell her she was trying to send me on an interview that I already went on ! No communication here- none ! I never heard back from her either and I had to email Jennifer again and all I was told was she was out on PTO and she'd have Melanie call me next week . No apologies or anything ! I'm very aware they work with a large amount of clients and believe me I don't feel like I'm the only one on earth but still, come on, you tell us to be professional on our Interviews yet I saw many people lacking professionalism in communication . I actually was able to get more interviews off craigslist since now employers have to pay to post them so they are legitimate postings . Maybe I caught this business on a bad month or something but I cannot say I had the best experience with Acclivity whatsoever. read more
