For example OnDiem, Kwinkly, Cloud Dentistry, etc. Out of all of the staffing agencies for dental, Princess Dental by far has the most offices listed daily. I absolutely love how you can set the days that you can work. That way, if you have another job, you are able to still pick up shifts on your days off. On top of that, the team is very communicative and they will get back to you if there are issues with an office. I personally had an office that did not pay me within the quoted time. I reached out to Princess the day right after the office should have paid at the maximum amount of time, and Princess immediately reached out to the office so that I would be able to receive my pay. They are reliable and will make sure that you are not left hanging by offices that are not timely. I was so optimistic when I got my temp job opportunities filled within an hour of posting. Unfortunately, ALL of the candidates cancelled with less than 24 hours notice (1 only gave an hour heads up) on days we were packed. We met their requested pay expectations, but they left us in quite a bind. Used to temp with them for a couple years. During Covid, I got covid and accidentally missed A temp job. They immediately banned me. Had to prove my sickness which at that time I didn't go to the doctor just had my test and that didn't count. It's been years and asked to re assign and they still won't based on that missed day. read more

They have some candidates who are really good or really bad. Also, they have changed the industry when dental staff wants to be paid. The candidates are overpaid as they do not set the candidates' fees based on experience. It hurts small business as insurances pay less of what they ask for. Maybe it is easy for corporations as they are taking over small businesses. read more

I tried this company and I actually booked a temp job through them ,but I had questions about how my future employee was going to classify me .I finally found someone on chat and even though I was trying to see if they have something in place on classifying hygienists as employees and not Independent Contractor.This wonderful lady left the chat when I asked her if she was a hygienist . This company seems to be a bit of a joke,but I guess I will know at the end of my temping gig . Hygienists ,this is a site where doctors are charged and Hygienists and DA's are not ,so basically they do absolutely nothing but post. Princess Dental Staffing was recommended to us by a colleague and after just one phonecall, we decided to work with them. They're so hands on, helpful, friendly, beneficial, useful, and INEXPENSIVE! They don't have a hiring fee, no down payment, no contracts, etc. Just their monthly amount. So if you select the $99/month (which is best) and if you hire 10 employees in that time, it'll only have cost you $99! It's crazy. Christina, the main rep, is also very friendly and attentive, and she either answers the phone or gets back to you very quickly! I'm only sad we didn't find them sooner! read more

Couldn't access any staff and see resumes, I called the 844 number in the website at 4:59, the reception as awful I asked if I could call him back because he was cutting out so badly he said we don't take calls after 5 so make it quick. Very rude online when I asked how to access resumes he told me how to deactivate my account, then when I call in to get clear answers he says make it quick.
