I thought he would be apologetic about the phone call Saturday and try to rectify it but no! He was talking so fast I didn't know who he was because he was angry and yelling at me. I had to yell at him to tell him to slow down and say who he is. He told me to calm down and he'll tell me one more time that I better take down the bad review that I posted Saturday. Threatening me!! I figured out who he was when he said that and I said "oh you're the one from the phone call the other night"! So I told him "yes I wrote it because that phone call was rude". He then proceeded to say "oh you want to play"? So I said "yea I'll play and told him to F off" and hung up the phone. He called me again I didn't answer. What a stalker that threatens people over a bad review. Maybe learn some customer service, phone etiquette and bedside manners lol and you won't get a bad review. I blocked him and got a police report. Be careful who you try to come for D.E. You got the right one. This is Miami and I'm definitely from Miami. I'm not going to play with you.

I was thrown into a situation where I felt someone was trying to swindle my elderly mother and I…read morehad to act fast. The only information she had was a first name and a phone number. The person had moved into my mother's house under the guise of helping her. I called no fewer than 10 Private Investigators in Florida, all I got were answering machines and voicemails. One investigator called me back, I explained the situation he asked for a $ 2,500.00 retainer to get started and said it would be 2-2 1/2 weeks for preliminary info. I decided to keep searching, I was lucky enough to reach All In Investigations it was actually Michael Massa who answered the phone. I explained the situation to Michael and he agreed something didn't seem right. He asked how long they were living there, I didn't know, he said if its longer than 14 days they could try to claim residency and then you can't get them out. My main concern was my mother's safety as she lives alone though she has many friends. I live out of state. Michael advised doing a background check, sensing my urgency he said he'd do it as quickly as he could as he was busy with other cases. I hired him Tuesday at 4:30PM he called me back at 6:00PM, 90 minutes later, telling me he had important information. This person was a convicted felon with a long rap sheet, mostly theft. Michael advised me on exactly what to do. I called my mother, then called the cops and changed the locks. My family and I cannot thank him enough, if it wasn't for his instinctive gut reaction to get this information asap, this story could have ended badly. He actually called a few days later to see how my mother was doing. The information his team provided was invaluable and cost less than a quarter of the other investigator. He went above and beyond because that's his character! If you need help, he's the man!
