I did initially have trouble configuring my window and door sensors, but after realizing they needed to be set to "Service 2" in the programming, all my 5816 sensors worked perfectly. I was actually missing a cable and they came by two weeks letter to install it without charging extra. They ran coax underground for about 40 feet, ran audio and coax along my pergola, connected outdoor speakers, mounted a 65 inch tv and connected everything to a Sonos connect amp.
