I sent a message to Robert via YELP, and he responded to me immediately. Robert called me and asked a few general questions and we set up a time for me to drop off my paperwork. (He gave me the option off dropping off my documents or having my taxes done in person within social distancing guidelines.) I stopped by his office on Friday to give him my stuff and by Wednesday my taxes were done. I was impressed with the quick turnaround. My previous person would take weeks (unless I stayed in the office while she prepared them.) I also received a text confirming that my e-file was complete. I told Robert that I would mail checks for the amount owed. When I returned to pick up my documents, he had my tax paperwork all organized in a nice presentation folder and provided addressed envelopes with my payment vouchers so I could send the checks.
