I said I would call her to set up an appointment when I had received all of my documents. in the meantime my mom passed and I've had alot going on. i called and left a message last week and never received a call back. So I call today she right away says "I don't have an open appointment for today ". I said I'm not trying to get an appointment for today. She says did you file an extension. I said no but I will. It went down hill from there. She says she's never spoken to m before and on and on. She was rude, wouldn't let me explain the reason for my call, and obviously is not open to receiving new business. I get it that it's Tax Day and probably everybody who hasn't filEd wants to come in today but I wasn't and was treated very rufelt so for that reason I'm here writing this review. It looks like her past reviews are all good; maybe she's having a bad day, but I didn't cause it and I don't deserve to be treated disrespectfully because of it! I did not like that fake bait and switch tactic. He should have mentioned the extension fee over the phone! Plus the lake Elsinore office looks like a abandoned shack off the main road the inside has two desks 3 chairs and a couple of pictures hanging easily an empty out the whole place in 10 minutes.
