She said that would be fine. I dropped the paperwork off on a Saturday morning, the office was closed during a time they were supposed to be open. I called the office at least 5 times, at different times to make sure someone had received my paperwork. I was told by her staff person Sandra, when I was finally able to speak with a live person that she did not know if Sally had the paper work or not? So I asked that Sally please return my call. A week later NO CALL back. I called again, Sally answered the phone with attitude, big attitude, upset with me for calling so much. I explained to her that I was simply calling to find out if anyone had my paperwork? She was rude, and not professional. It is not my fault as a customer that she says yes to everyone and stresses herself to make the April 15 tax deadline! Will never use this service again. I said I would call her to set up an appointment when I had received all of my documents. in the meantime my mom passed and I've had alot going on. i called and left a message last week and never received a call back. So I call today she right away says "I don't have an open appointment for today ". I said I'm not trying to get an appointment for today. She says did you file an extension. I said no but I will. It went down hill from there. She says she's never spoken to m before and on and on. She was rude, wouldn't let me explain the reason for my call, and obviously is not open to receiving new business. I get it that it's Tax Day and probably everybody who hasn't filEd wants to come in today but I wasn't and was treated very rufelt so for that reason I'm here writing this review. It looks like her past reviews are all good; maybe she's having a bad day, but I didn't cause it and I don't deserve to be treated disrespectfully because of it!
