My mother recently passed and the memory care facility in Prospect that she had not lived in since…read moreMarch 4th was trying to charge for APRIL. The Nursing Home Ombudsman recommended Shari Polur (Polus Elder Law). I left a message and she called me back the same day. She has already resolved the matter with the facility. Not only do we NOT have to pay for April - we will be receiving a partial credit for March. I am completely blown away by her handling of this matter.
