I was so pleased with the service I received from Mark! Here's why I'd recommend him and how he's different from others: I own a rental home in St. Paul and the city does annual safety inspections and found a window that they claimed needed to be replaced. I tried to source a window company for almost three months with no success as most would only come out for replacing at least 2 to 4 windows or more, not to just replace or fix one. I finally found Mark and he was able to make an appt within a week of us talking and he was able to fix the window on the spot without replacing it. He brings all of his tools with him so that if something like this does happen, he can just fix it on the spot if he's able. I'm looking forward to having all of my windows there replaced in the next 3-5 years and I'll be calling him for this work!

They are vintage amber colored pieces of glass. We have a friend who blows glass who told us we were screwed and that no one would be able to match the color or replicate what we have (note to self never listen to them again lol). After inquiring with hopkins glass and shower they said they'd be happy to help. We made the measurements and sent them over, they then said we could also bring in the broken pieces so they could make sure they got the right color and thickness/edge shape as well as dispose of the broken pieces for us. It was a two week turn around time and the price was extremely reasonable, much lower than we expected. The piece looks amazing and matches our table PERFECTLY!! We are so happy and highly recommend. We will be using them for future projects.

In the past when Pella sent contractors to install a window or door they did not have a Pella crew to do the installation but local contractors and frankly, the installations were hit or miss. They were very friendly and helpful, their work was excellent and their attention to the smallest details was much more than I expected.
