They paid a site visit to assess the job and to my amazement they informed me that the windows were sound and that the only thing we needed to do to get the condensation out was to make sure the panes were in their correct slots and to clean the glass. They didn't charge us a penny. This is exemplary professional and honest business practice, and I won't hesitate to call them if any window or other glass need arises. Bravo.

They are vintage amber colored pieces of glass. We have a friend who blows glass who told us we were screwed and that no one would be able to match the color or replicate what we have (note to self never listen to them again lol). After inquiring with hopkins glass and shower they said they'd be happy to help. We made the measurements and sent them over, they then said we could also bring in the broken pieces so they could make sure they got the right color and thickness/edge shape as well as dispose of the broken pieces for us. It was a two week turn around time and the price was extremely reasonable, much lower than we expected. The piece looks amazing and matches our table PERFECTLY!! We are so happy and highly recommend. We will be using them for future projects.

Since the built in was constructed of sheetrock, it wasn't square and therefore inconsistent in size of shelves. I didn't know that and got three of the same size made. When one didn't fit, I took it back to Custom Glass with the right measurement. They Immediately cut it to the size I had measured--and AT NO COST. While there I got a ton of information--about replacement of glass doors on my shower that have hard water spots and the preconconcieved notion that glass could be recycled instead of trashed. NOT! The price I got for all work was less than was quoted me on an online custom glass on the east coast. I feel I got great value and great work with super friendly folks. I'll go back!

While they were completing the project, one of the workers went into our spare bathroom, rummaged through my wife's jewelry (which was partially hidden), and stole my wife's wedding ring. We discovered the theft while they were still working in the master bathroom and I spoke to the foreman (the only decent person on the team). He apologized repeatedly, and was very cooperative, but he knew, as we did, that the ring was long gone by then. They had already been in our house for 3 days and multiple members of the crew had been in that spare bathroom throughout the project, so there was no way to know who actually committed the theft. We filed a police report for the felony theft, but of course nobody admitted to the theft. Rebath has done absolutely nothing to compensate us! We have called multiple times, and are repeatedly told there is nothing they can or will do. Total POS company. DO NOT HIRE REBATH!

I looked for glass repair near my home. The first 2 places I called could not service my car until the following week. I found Eglass online and was thrilled to see that they give a portion of each glass service to the Feed My Starving Children charity. I phoned them and they were very pleasant and accomodating. They sent a technician to my home the next morning. He replaced my windshield in my garage on an extremely cold day and a few hours later, I was out driving errands. I would highly recommend Eglass to anyone wanting fast, friendly, convenient and reliable service. I would most definately use Eglass again.

DO NOT TRUST I communicated with Rapid Glass at every stage…read moreof the purchase and installation process. I reviewed every line item of the statement of work with Rapid Glass to ensure there was no misunderstanding with regards to the number of windows to be fixed and how payment would be delivered (1/2 paid up front, the remainder when work was completed. There were delays in delivery due. I re-confirmed with Rapid Glass that I wouldn't be charged the 1/2 half of the bill until they completed the work. Rapid Glass agreed, but then went ahead and charged the remainder of the bill anyways. When they finally arrived to complete the bill they crossed out two line items of the statement of work I'd been billed for and told me that they wouldn't fix those windows. After back-and-forth calls, documentation and stressful disagreements with their customer service reps they finally told me that there was a "misunderstanding" and they would fix only one of the windows and that I would have to pay to have one of the windows I already paid for fixed. I won't do business with the company again and I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

Not only did I not receive a call, when I called for an update, I was told that they didn't have anyone to send out for the appointment and the soonest they could reschedule me was 1 week away.
