He went above and beyond to figure out what was going on. Turns out, it was Gibson Electric's problem, although I had called them first and they came out and said it was not on their end. Jay spent hours getting to the root of the problem so we could get the heat back on. Jay is so nice, and very through. He was great! I saw him recommended by someone on Next-door and I'm so glad I called him. They canceled and refused to do the job less than 12 hours before scheduled arrival time after over 3 weeks of time from the initial meeting to the scheduled date. I would not recommend wasting your time with Elite Electrical or Jay McIntosh.
