Fantastic, I own a condo in St George, but I was up in Logan, I had rented my condo out for the summer through airBnB. When the previous renters lost the keys, and didn't tell me, the new renters showed up, and couldn't lock the doors! AK! ... and here I am, eight hours away! I called Accurate Lock and Key, and they were so helpful and understanding, they went right out, rekeyed the lock, cut new keys, provided them to my tenants, and even mailed me the spare keys. I needed to have all locks changed out in my new Saint George home and my front door keypad lock was not working at all! Plus I needed codes changed on safes in the house! I called Dru and he said he would take care of it. Warning: He is in super demand so it might take a day or two for him to get to you if your business is non-emergent! Dru is friendly, fast and efficient and even helped me with setting codes on safes and front door! He also repaired the front door keypad locking device so it would work again! I highly recommend Mr Boren of Accurate Lock and Safe. I locked myself out of my apartment on a super hot St George afternoon on a weekend and I had appointments to be to and 2 small, hot and hungry children. I have used Dru with Accurate Lock And Safe basically my whole life. Recently I was upgrading my home security system due to some theft from a work vehicle outside of my home, i had Dru come out and install a couple of security cameras. Very professional and friendly and super knowledgable in all things security. He did a great job with the installation and took the time to get them adjusted and tested properly. Probably my favorite thing about Dru is he genuinely cares about your security, he isn't the get in and get out quick with your money type of operation. As he was coming in and out of the house getting the cameras adjusted he noticed the lock on my sliding door was basically not working, you could wiggle the door and it would come right open. He pretty much gave me the new lock and installed it for free, I couldn't believe it. I Highly recommend this company and I have used several different companies over the years, but like I said I have used Accurate Lock and Safe since he opened up his business and that is over 20 something years now. read more
