I'm INCREDIBLY disappointed in HH Accurate Arborists. While cutting down a neighbor's tree two houses away, HH employees decided they needed access to my property. HH walked all over my yard and patio, strung ropes through the yard, and even over my shed. Their actions set off my security system. HH Accurate never rang my doorbell or asked for permission. When I tried to call them to talk about the situation, no one from HH answered the phone and instead I transferred to answering service. I'm quite upset that HH employees were so disrespectful and didn't have the courtesy to even ring my doorbell and ask for permission to use my property for their work. read more

Totally satisfied with Accurate Tree Services. They removed two large trees and pruned two others. A lot of the work was done over my roof and also over cables connected to my house. I was impressed by how Mitch made complex cuts and still prevented any damage to my home. And they quoted the job well below any of the other companies I contacted. I had over twenty quotes this company was the cheapest of all . Considering where the trees were located they tried very hard to be careful with things. We work from home and so so we were able to watch them . They were fast and efficient the guys were nice to deal with . Hope, who works in the office was fabulous to work with so was Mike the owner. Mike gave us advice on not cutting a tree to where it would die he cares about quality work he's like your friends Dad who tells you stuff you should know . We have a problem with our neighbor Hope offered to call and work things out with them in using their driveway for their trucks . We will be doing this second job in the spring . Some stuff got broken but I should have moved it I did not realize their process and how far things have to be moved . No big deal . All the grass went back to normal after ai watered it etc .They were super fast workers and we thought it would take them at least half a week to finish . They were done in two days ! We want to make gnome houses out of the stumps so they cut the trees where i marked . read more

I have searched for a couple of years for a tree and stump grinding service and have finally found one worthy of a Yelp review! Accurate Tree Service and Stump Grinding was just over-the-top professional from the bid to the customer service and then to the actual work. Amazing team and crew! Here's my email to the owner: Mike, Just a note for you and your crew. What an amazing group of guys! There work was extremely professional and PERFECT! Not an ounce of damage to the yard, roof, gutters, anything (and zero mess in the yard or gutter) and what a personable crew! I am sure this is very professional company making all customers happy and delighted. It's too bad for me that they didn't keep their words about discount that Hope assured me a week ago. Apparently with this company an estimate is a hard and fast quote. I was charged $2500.00 for an hour of work to grind 3 old fairly rotten stumps. They said they would drop invoice by 5%. I received a quote from a service late,after job was completed for $750.00 ($250.00 per stump, reasonable). I will never use Accurate again. I wish I could give negative stars. DO NOT use this company they make you pay for a job then don't come back and fix what they wreck. They ruined my yard and landscaping boarder and numerous other things and the owner Mike refuses to pay for what was ruined. I had to fix my own ruts and divets that were made by the equipment and I had to do my own clean up. He is the worst business owner who takes your money and runs and won't take responsibility for what his employees do while on job site. read more

Overpriced quotes. They have unsafe, sloppy unprofessional crews. We were quoted $10,000 MORE for one tree than the tree service we hired. The business we chose was careful and efficient. I witnessed our neighbor experience Accurate Tree Services and their carelessness was shocking to me. I am reviewing for first time because I think it will save those in need of tree removal time and money by NOT choosing them. I give zero stars, but had to choose one to post. We had a great experience with Accurate Tree Service. We had a number of trees removed and two substantially pruned. They did the work fast, they cleaned up very, very well, and the foreman spent time with us to answer our questions and ensure we knew what we needed to know about replanting, etc. Half of our block has now used them and I've given their name to a good friend as well. read more

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. 1st, they had to cut the electricity to our house to remove a tree near some lines. Normally not a problem at all, but when dealing with Accurate Tree Service, they will fail to call you to let you know exactly when this power loss will take place. They will also neglect to call the power company to come back out and turn the power back on. So a scheduled downtime of electricity which is supposed to only be 4 hours (you know so all your food doesn't spoil) now lasts 10 hours due to their incompetence. I then had a freezer and fridge filled with ruined groceries. Did Accurate Tree Service make it right? Nope. To top it all off, they damaged the lines to the cable, internet, and phone doing their job, knocking all 3 out for days. As an added bonus, they will make you clean up the garbage left by their workers on your property. If you have a simple stump that needs grinding or removal, these guys will probably be able to do that without messing it up. But, if you need a serious job done or full tree that needs servicing, you WILL regret using these people. Accurate Tree Service is simply an unprofessional and accountable "business". read more

I wish I could give this company negative stars! I'm living next door to where a huge oak is currently being taken down, by this company and they are not respecting me or my property, my plants, my grass, or my trees, even after we asked them to and they agreed they would. They dropped a huge limb which swung into my beautiful feature magnolia tree in my front yard and took out a huge side branch. When I ran out to talk to them, they said "it was no big deal, what did I expect, since the limbs where spread over my property and after all, where do the leaves fall?" They even laughed at me. I was understandably quite upset, and one of the workers decided to video me. They even told me to get out of my front yard! They said if I get hurt, I can't do anything about it. All they had to do was lower the branch and have someone on the ground guide it away from my tree. So, if you want to risk having your neighbor's have damage to their yard and being deeply disrespected by abusive workers, use this company. And oh, I called the company, my husband called the owner of the company AND the neighbor next door, who is paying for the work called and no return calls to any of us, and it is hours later. An Update: It is now 6:45 PM and I have been dealing with stress from this company all day. So all the work to remove this huge tree took place in my front yard and I was given no notice from this company and even my neighbors did not know they were coming today. There is a front end loader in my front yard now, devastating my grass, leaving huge ruts, not to mention the three feet holes in the lawn the trunks left when they fell from so high into my yard. They are going to fill them with their saw dust and wood chips from the trees, even after I told them not to. Three of the insolent workers actually laughed at me when I talked with them and when I went out to take photos, they waved. They said it didn't look so bad. AMAZING JOB & GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. We used them twice (second time just the other day) & they are skilled masters at their trade. In a world of lousy customer service/lousy jobs done, it was so refreshing to deal with Accurate Tree Service. I almost wish I had more trees so I could give them more business! I received 3 estimates from different businesses for the removal and trimming of a couple trees. I was impressed with the knowledge and professionalism from the Accurate Tree Service crew. They gave me a clearly typed estimate, offering several options as to what is recommended. Their quoted price was significantly less than the other 2 companies in Madison. I didn't think twice about hiring them for the job! When they came to service, they were prompt, prepared and most importantly... THEY WERE THOROUGH! This is the second time I used Accurate Tree Service... very pleased once again...quality service, work, and clean up. Their rates are very fair for the work they do...and you know you are getting it done properly. This time I had them do some significant tree pruning for some very large trees. Excellent service from initial call , through estimate, coordination, and completion. Mike was great, Hope was awesome and the crew went above and beyond...even politely answering stupid questions from my nosy neighbors! When they were done...they cleaned up so well there was little sign (besides the pruned trees) that they had even been there. I believe them to be an excellent example of...you get what you pay for... meaning, I probably could have found a lower rate hiring some hack outfit...but it's not worth the risk or liability...especially for inferior quality work. read more

I've been trying for over 5 weeks to get them to give me an estimate. I keep getting the run-around. Apparently, someone named 'Mike' is the one who is ignoring me - but I can't talk to him. They're just going to give him another note to contact me. I've asked them if they are too busy, not interested, etc to let me know - I'll find someone else. But they keep promising 'Mike' will call. I wish I could recommend this company or even give a review of their actual work, but unfortunately I was never able to even get a quote. I originally requested an estimate on Thursday, October 13, 2016. They got back to me pretty quickly to ask for my information, but it all went completely downhill from there. Saturday evening, the 15th, Mike called to see if he could come by but we were not home so he said he would come by Sunday. Sunday nothing. I called on Tuesday the 18th to see what the status was and they assured me they would get back to me but that a large tree had come down that was an emergency which is why Mike had not called or come by on Sunday. Saturday the 22nd Mike called again and we were home, but then said he it was getting dark so he'd come by Sunday instead after 1pm. Sunday the 23rd around 1:45pm I called Mike and left him a voice mail asking what time he would be coming by. So here we are on Sunday, the 23rd at 5:00pm and no call, no nothing. Since it has been two weekends with the same story, this company has completely lost my trust. The overall feeling I am left with is that this company lies and tells you what they think you want to hear, not the truth, to keep you interested. read more
