The only "problem" is our lawn grows and grows and I am mowing 2-3 times per week. They always notify me in advance when they will be doing a treatment service so I can ensure the lawn is mature and the technician can observe any regrowth of weeds. In addition to their weed control and fertilization program, we decided to do an aeration and overseeding program, especially with areas of the lawn that were scorched by the drought and southern sun. Doug was our technician today and upon returning home I did a complete inspection of the lawn. As a landscaper with 15 years experience I was truly impressed with the service Doug provided. Areas that were thick with dormant thatch were double aerated and seeded. Areas that were bare from lack of water received the same treatment. Corners of the yard (particularly hard to aerate) were all covered. I was impressed by Doug's level of service. He even finished the site by blowing any excess seed from concrete surfaces back into lawn areas and made sure the muddy tire tracks were cleaned from these surfaces. It is little things like this that the average homeowner might not noticed, but as a professional I was impressed to see. There are other companies in the area that someone can go to for lawn maintenance, maybe their services might have better costing. With Keyman you get what you pay for, they are simply the best and wouldn't recommend anyone else.

They asked my husband to sign their sheet before the job was complete and then didn't remove the high branches. I called back 3 times and finally got in touch with William. He was not apologetic and said that I had misunderstood him. Jim, a foreman, came back to the house to discuss it with me and he was very kind and promised they would resolve the issue. When they came back I wasn't home and they did cut off a few of the higher branches but I still don't feel that it was worth the price or what William had promised me in the initial discussion. At this point there was nothing to do but pay the invoice which I did. I will never use them again. The whole experience was a mess.
