If I could give this place zero stars I would. The owner Queenie is very unprofessional, unpleasant, disrespectful, and takes no accountability whatsoever. I had been doing business with her for around 4 years if not more and there were many times that she had damaged products (hats) and would not take any accountability whatsoever. Our brand would bring in hats from S&S activewear in which the would be take by 12's in plastic bags and that is how they arrive to us. Queenie would also frequently overcharge or sneak in extra charges or charge an additional $0.50 onto each hat's production. She would yell and get highly disrespectful when we would initiate conversation about the wrongdoings. Being this shop was the only one in the area that would apply ropes to hats we stuck until ready to move production overseas in which she was extremely upset about. She would pass gas in front of us and at one point in my face directly as I was sorting through inventory on the floor at a drop off. With the last months of working together she was highly bothered that we would be moving production overseas to help cut costs on our companies end. Furthermore, with our last drop off she took 5 months to complete the hats. We called 3 months after drop off and she stated nothing was done, however stated the following week everything would be complete. That following week she didn't reach out. We called around roughly two week after and she stated nothing was done, but they were working on it. I explained that it had been almost 4 months and she replied "I know, I know. We are working on it. I will call you when ready." It took them a total of 5 months to have the product ready at that point I was already working on a project overseas. She stated everything was ready for pickup and I told her I would pick everything up when I got the chance, but that she took so long and we had moved on to our next project. She stated everything "okay". When I finally got around to picking up the order she brought it out and I shortly realized items were missing. She stated they hadn't finished the other items. Which was absolutely crazy because everything was dropped off together. At this point it had been 6 months or more. Which is baffling, because there was more than enough time to have the products done (12 hats). She proceeded to become EXTREMELY defensive which I tried to respectfully communicate to her how unprofessional the situation was. She would not allow me to speak and proceeded to become loud and rude. Therefore I proceeded to record and firstly explained that I would be recording due to the unprofessionalism and disrespect. She FREAKED out and proceeded to yell, and become even more unprofessional if that was even possible at this point. She even got within my personal space and acted as if she was going to take my phone. I expressed that this was highly unprofessional and I proceeded to call the police as I wanted the rest of my items and wanted to be done with the situation. I do have the video from the encounter. I do not recommend coming to this place. There are other options such as Instant Imprints off Pelham road that are WAY more professional and enjoyable to work with. I am a firm believer of supporting small and local, but not when they are unprofessional and disrespectful towards there customers. MAKE SURE YOU DO YOUR RESEARCH ON BUSINESSES BEFORE HAND. This was the worst customer service I have had in a long time. First, I had to complete payment before I even dropped off the item I was having embossed. They told me it would ready on Monday. I arrived Monday to pick up my item and they lied and said it was halfway done and that it would be 10 to 15 more minutes. I said OK and sat inside my car. I came back 20 minutes later and they said they had just started on it and the machine was heating up. I got obviously frustrated as I have other things to do but I went back and sat in the car for another 20 minutes even though they said it would only be 15. When I went back they said it was still not ready and I gave them another 10 minutes. When I went to pick up the item it was not done well and the embossed was smeared all over the leather. I had to take the item as was because it is now ruined. And I had already paid for it. I told them that I would be leaving them a negative review. She then followed me out to my car and slammed on my car door and window. I would never advise anyone to use this place. Are dishonest, poor work, and then very aggressive. Find yourself another vendor. read more
