I called Jim Kogut Computer Service, he picked up my laptop for free Friday morning and had it back to me, with all of my data recovered, that Sunday, no extra charge! My business was up and running Monday morning. I had Jim come back later that week to set up the wireless printer I had bought 6 months ago, (still in the box?).
