Their online appointment book makes it so easy and for filling out your medical information in advance.i was intrigued with the other services,especially the massage therapists. I love the bio on each one and I chose Diane Esparza LMT . She offered a different service I had to know more about...B.E.S.T I was able to book a coordinating time. I was professionally greeted upon arrival and Dr. Amy met me and went in a room to discuss my issues. In another room she done the acupuncture . I wasn't nervous and she explained what it would feel like and she had them in in no time! I layed there 15 to 20 minutes, and I actually fell asleep! Great first time experience! On to Diane, I had a 30 minute massage. We discussed the issues I was having and she worked miracles on my leg and all over! She made sure of my range of motion until I got to the spot she wanted! She gave alot of helpful information and her genuine care and her style of massage is like no other I've had! My knee was still feeling achy and was hesitant on standing on it, but when I did, I had a wave of relief of pain and felt like I actually walked out without a limp! She suggested twice a week is whst I needed. I will definitely be back for mire treatments and I'll refer them to anyone looking! Keep up the good work, and thank you for my relief!

Not only did Dr. Duchene treat my immediate symptoms, but over the course of the next few sessions, he gave me the tools (stretches and exercises) that I could do on my own time to improve my posture and alignment, and to treat / prevent future back pain. I am no longer a patient of Dr. Duchene (the commute is about 2100 miles) but the information he gave me about how my body works and what I can do to keep it working properly has been invaluable. On my first visit, he told me that he wanted to first eliminate my pain, then find and treat the cause of my pain, and then teach me how to better manage my own body. I was in MASSIVE 2 week old pain in my right hip. My regular Chiropractor did a decent job but the…read moremuscles were still flaring and spasming. Obviously my bones were still out of their usual place. I prayed to God when I woke up in pain again for a gifted Doctor who knew what he was doing and could finally end this pain. Plus my husband said go to the Chiropractor, I won't let you help us until you do. But we weren't in our normal hometown and it was a Saturday morning! So after praying I asked God to guide me to a gifted Chiropractor who would get to the bottom of WHY my hip was killing me and FIX IT. I love my usual one in Round Rock. But we were in Arlington and I was BLESSED with Dr. Myers last week. I told Dr. Myers what was up. The top of my femur pushed into my hip causing a lack or range of motion and a TON of pain from all the pulled muscles cramping, spasming and locking up. I was tired of icing it up and taking pain killers to cope and then it keeps coming back. 2 other docs couldn't really touch it to the point where they successfully released the hip. I was ready for the painful muscle pressing/pulling first and bone adjusting second solution, no activators, please put me back together thank-you-very-much. He said "Well you're in Luck, I do this about 80X a day." He started pressing and stretching the inflamed muscle groups, gently working them out, untangling the knots and mess one by one methodically. Then he did the back and when he got to the hips I knew it was going to hurt, but the muscles were loosening up which is exactly what the other doctors didn't spend the time on. He applied a LOT of pressure to my spasming hip bone muscles which is exactly what you want to do to get them to relax, ease up and reset. It works, but it hurts like #3^#*@* and I knew it would. I was ready for it, but I did whine in pain a bit when he was pressing them out. He didn't flinch, neither did I, just reminded me to breathe in thru the nose out thru the mouth, I did. Once he got the hip muscles to let go he was able to yank my leg bone out of the hip socket with the usual kamikaze - like quick yank into it's rightful place and I felt the click and almost instant relief. He did what the others could not. Lord, I felt SOOOO much better!!!!! Waited 2 weeks to find just the right doctor for that! Dr. Meyers is the REAL DEAL! He also gave me electrical muscle stimulation to help the muscles relax and reset after being out of place for 2 weeks and some water to drink as I was going to need a lot to flush the lactic acid out of my system from all the spasming. During the electrical stimulation, I was so grateful and feeling so much better that tears involuntarily steamed down my face, not from pain but sweet relief. Not many Chiropractors (and I seen 30+ since I was 9) work the muscles out of spasm before moving the bones. This was key for me that day. I guess it depends on what the issues are and how much pain I was willing to endure in order to get the deep relief I was looking for. This was the 1st time I ever saw Dr. Myers. But Man am I glad I did. He is VERY TALENTED. I can't say enough good things about him. He totally understood where I was coming from and I've had this sort of thing happen before but not everyone can solve it so well. He DID! I don't trust many doctors other than Chiropractors and Psychologists. I'm not into pills, but I do take supplements. I wanted a REAL DOCTOR who knows how to solve Spine and Muscle lockups without gimmicks or drugs. He not only hit that out of the park but he knew to REALLY RELEASE THE MUSCLES FIRST SO THAT THE BONES WOULD MOVE. Which is what most Chiropractors miss. Some will put you on a table with a moving ball that warms yo up, some will out you on hot packs or towels. I was iced up. But It can be very painful and not everyone can tolerate that level of pain for the equal level of release. I'm grateful he saw that I could and was ready for it. The cause is that Bones slip out of place and then pull the Muscles into unusual VERY PAINFUL positions where they are supporting your weight, which is not their job in the wrong positions. The longer the muscles and bones are out of position, the longer it takes to get then back into place without the Muscle/Fascia Release. Anyway, he understood EXACTLY what I needed and not only was I gratefully out of debilitating pain, but I was able to go back to work helping my family do demolition work on our home and I got to be instrumental with that. Dr. Myers will listen to you and give you what you need: Relief. He is ONE OF THE, if not THE MOST GIFTED Chiropractors I've ever had the pleasure to meet. I will take my business up there as often as I can even just for a regular tune up. He is Young and has learned a lot more recent useful things than the older Docs. I took his advice and I am pain free and VERY GRATEFUL! Dr. Myers is HIGLY RECCOMENDED!!!
