I have encountered bursitis in my right knee and been miserable. I've tried several things with no luck,so never trying acupuncture, I set out looking for a reputable one. I found Solutions Alternative and noticed right off all the wonderful reviews. Dr.Amy has a really great bio and bursitis was one of her specialties. I immediately had to set a a time as a new patient. Their online appointment book makes it so easy and for filling out your medical information in advance.i was intrigued with the other services,especially the massage therapists. I love the bio on each one and I chose Diane Esparza LMT . She offered a different service I had to know more about...B.E.S.T I was able to book a coordinating time. I was professionally greeted upon arrival and Dr. Amy met me and went in a room to discuss my issues. In another room she done the acupuncture . I wasn't nervous and she explained what it would feel like and she had them in in no time! I layed there 15 to 20 minutes, and I actually fell asleep! Great first time experience! On to Diane, I had a 30 minute massage. We discussed the issues I was having and she worked miracles on my leg and all over! She made sure of my range of motion until I got to the spot she wanted! She gave alot of helpful information and her genuine care and her style of massage is like no other I've had! My knee was still feeling achy and was hesitant on standing on it, but when I did, I had a wave of relief of pain and felt like I actually walked out without a limp! The office staff and customer service here is excellent. I got a massage with Trinity Scheibel yesterday. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and an excellent massage therapist. He went above and beyond by providing me with reasons and solutions (that I had never heard of or been presented with from other therapists) to ease my specific muscle pain. My husband has seen Trinity (due to his severe back pain), and had the same experience. I absolutely love Dr. Vavra and am so thankful I found her! 29 years ago I was thrown from a moving car and have been getting chiro adjustments for years. I just moved to the Arlington area and after sleeping on a floor for multiple nights, unpacking and the stress of moving I needed an adjustment. I had been to a different chiro in the area who left me in more pain than when I arrived so by the time I found Dr. Varvra and went to see her I could hardly walk upright. On my first visit she took the time to get to know me and my history. She asked questions and listened. She used the drop table on me which I prefer and was able to get my lower back into place and by the time I walked out I was upright and no longer had a stabbing pain in my neck! I see Dr. Vavra about every two weeks and she helps me keep my hips aligned, she puts my jaw back into place when my TMJ acts up and my teeth don't sit together and she's got a great technique to take the soreness from my right wrist since I'm on the computer so much! She may be tiny but she knows what she's doing! Her office is clean and easy for me to get to and I love the online scheduling. I don't have to call. If I feel I need an adjustment I just schedule online and can usually get in the same day! I highly recommend Dr. Vavra! Try her and you'll see chiropractic doesn't have to be painful to help! Prenatal pelvic pain relief is real and treatable! It was odd expecting pain relief from sore ligaments when I only associated chiropractic care with bones but Dr. Gonzalez immediately honed in on the problem and adjusted it. I scheduled a first time appointment for acupuncture and chiropractic because I hurt my neck. Upon arrival I only received chiropractic care as the scheduler was apparently new and didn't schedule me appropriately. The Dr. said she doesn't do acupuncture on the first visit. Although the Dr. adjusted my neck and hips, I felt as though there should have been a more thorough exam and adjustment due to the severity of the immobility and pain in my neck. There were no X-rays taken. Typically every chiropractor I have seen in my lifetime has done so prior to adjustment. My adjustment relieved some stiffness and re-alined my vertebrae, but the next day it was back to the way it was, and the day following that I was worse. The Dr. and staff were very nice, and the office was cozy, but, unfortunately, it was just not the right fit for me. read more

I've been seeing Dr. González for chiropractic care and Trinity for massage therapy for over a year now. Both are amazing! Dr. G has worked with me on lower back, neck, and tailbone, and I continue going back for maintenance or any time I have a flare up. I've also had many massage therapists over the years, and Trinity is the most integrative and helpful that I've had. He can do traditional relaxation/Swedish techniques, but I usually ask for help with tightness, pain, stretching, etc., and he integrates it into an awesome massage. It's tremendously helped my chronic pain and tightness. I was even struggling with headaches, and he did some jaw work (I hadn't connected the two), and my headaches resolved. He always asks how he can best help me at each appointment, and he tailors that day's treatment to current concerns (or ongoing issues we're making progress on). Both providers are also great about answering my questions and educating me so I can keep getting better and minimizing the residual effects of pain and sports injuries. I love that I can schedule online at my convenience (I've even used the waitlist request feature) at times and frequencies that work for me. Sometimes weekly, sometimes biweekly, sometimes monthly, sometimes bimonthly. They're glad to see me and help me anytime I come in. Unlike many chains, I NEVER feel pressured to return or buy a membership. It never feels sales-y; they just genuinely care about my health and wellness. Doc has helped me with many issues over several years and I have verbally recommended her to many co-workers and family members. She is a caring and concerned practitioner. I usually go to her when I just feel tight and achy and need an adjustment. When I have injured myself through activity, she has given me relief.
