He changed the original prices in the contract even though he said nothing would change. Due to a problem he had with the electrician he fired, we had to pay additional money, well over $1,000 more for a new one. He made false promises of opening up our deck at cost so we could walk to the pool more easily. The worst part of the job was when he graded the yard. My yard was fairly flat. Now we have a pool that looks as if it's on a pedestal from the yard. He dug two trenches and claimed the dirt was not good. He kept trying to convince us to add a wall around the pool so we believe the trenches were dug and the yard was left this way to force us to pay him thousands of dollars more on a rock wall. We ended up having to pay additional contractors to try to fix it but it still is an eyesore. Once the final payment was made he never showed up again. He provided no instructions on how to work/run the pool, filter, pump, etc. He also left the pool with dirt around it, which turned to mud every time it rained and left the pool unusable.

He charged me much more than I expected but I thought he will do a good job so agreed. Quite the opposite, the job was done poorly. None of the cracks were filled as agreed in advance. I have texted him several times for almost 50 days and he keeps promising that he will come and fix it because he is busy. I sent him a final message last Tuesday hoping he will respond before I post this note, but nothing has happened, and I will likely end up doing it myself as the will get worse during the winter. I asked for a receipt, but he refuses to provide a receipt. Very disappointed and I do not recommend him to anyone. There are other negative reviews about this contractor, so beware!
