Once the pipe repair was completed by the town's Sewer Department, Tommy and his team returned to our home and carefully back-filled the hole with the dirt they removed. Each project was top-notch. This is something that was specifically excluded from the contract. When they did the clean-up, they ended up blowing away all the mulch we had carefully put down. In subsequent phone calls and emails we tried to rectify this because the invoice they presented included this work. It also included an amount for lawn-mowing on a particular day which, in fact, had not been done. Sadly, this turned into some ugly phone calls in which my husband was insulted by the owner of the company. We were shocked by this behavior. We have therefore decided to terminate our services with the company.
