This place is in a slightly sketchy spot and is sketchy as a whole. Not uncommon to see crackheads…read moreenter/exit. Folks coming in to try to buy single cigarettes, Blacks, etc. (and not having enough money) is common. I've been here a few times and it's pretty much the same experience every time. Inside, you will find some random snack, snacks, and drink drinks, a ton of smoking supplies, a various types, Western Union booth, and a lottery/horse racing/betting area. When I need to send funds to my fam in other countries, I stop in. The Western Union is in the back. There used to be a man who worked at that booth. Now, there is a young woman who is pleasant enough. My biggest complaints about this place are the clientele and where it's situated.

Since the merge this summer banking with PG Federal Credit Union has become very time consuming and a complete nightmare. Often times, like today, I am unable to log into my account which used to be a very simple process. I cannot view my balance and I cannot pay my bills which are due today. Banking with them is frustrating, time consuming, tedious, nerve wracking, terrible. I have called them about 10 times in ten weeks and have had long drawn out conversations with very little help.

There is no worse feeling as a customer, than to stand in line before 3 tellers (Dazia, Adrian, and one other) and no one even takes the time to acknowledge you. Customer service has really declined in the past years, it's sad when employees who are paid to interact with customers refuse I even part there lips. AND THEN when she called me over she acted very impatient. I've worked as a teller for years, and I can't begin to understand the attitudes in this particular location.
