The share account that it was going apparently is limited so I can't just transfer it out to another account nor will anyone authorize a one time increase so that I can do so. The only option is a wire transfer that can only be done on a weekday. (Can't just go in either, I don't live in Minnesota) Sure they can close the account and it will take 7 to 10 days to get a check but it's my money. Why can't I get it out? Not to mention I would be charged $35 for a wire transfer? I think you are better off looking for another financial institution to do business with. It shouldn't be this god damn hard getting your own money out.

OK, so I call to find out when they plan on opening the drive up. Automated bs and then... 'no one is available to answer your call right now'. Last month we stopped to use the cash machine which of course had no cash. This whole outfit is about as UNcustomer friendly as it gets. I guess when they pay .00001% to keep your money, they just aren't making enough to have employees, answer a phone or have cash on hand. Time to move these accounts to a real bank.

I used the drive through to obtain a cashier's check which I learned was easier to process inside but when I mentioned I had my dog with me, the banker was able to accommodate me as is which deserves all the 5 stars. Additionally, there is normally a $10 service fee for this transaction which she waived (double yay). Anytime you use the drive through, the banker will be on TV just like you will be to them. It's high tech and efficient. I was able to get what I needed. My banker was professional, courteous and genuine. She even gave my dog a bone when our transaction was finalized.
