My Closing in August…read more2025 was a disaster ; errors, total lackof communication, lack of response, lack of reading important emails, lack of instructions, nor personal contact, faulty accounting. December of 2021I took a title loan from them and at the moment Dora Cruz, general manager, helped me with the process. Time progressed and the loan did not go down, I found out that the $600+ I was paying monthly were purely interest and in order for me to be done with the loan I would have to pay the entirety of the loan plus the added interest within 30 days. Unfortunately at the time title max did not make me aware of this, nor that I was entering a 30 day loan. I went in person to the store location and though the manager and staff were nice, the only thing they said to me after explaining the entire situation is "we're sorry for the miscommunication " and that the couldn't do anything about it. Cannot say that all the staff practices dishonest lending strategies with misleading information, but I can say that general manager, Dora Cruz, did not throughly explain and purposefully provided misleading information in order to seal the deal. I now found myself paying over 4k in interest alone, none of it going towards the principal. Sadly I still owe over 4 thousand of the loan and they keep adding more interest if the entirety of the loan isn't paid within 30 days! It is not worth it at this point to keep paying for my car title back I will have to give up my car which I need to get around in my day to day life. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

They did have an area covered to help with the sun or rain but if it's a long line not everyone will be able to be under it. Thankfully it was a nice cool morning. I didn't have to wait long before I got to go inside. It took around 30 mins from the time I got in line and walked out with my tag. The DMV rep that I got to work with was Barbara. She was super nice and helpful. Everyone who worked there was nice and professional. This was one of the best experiences that I've had at a DMV. Btw: they're only letting one person per household inside, if you need someone else to go through the process. The other person has to stand at the exit door until they're needed. They're letting children go in with the adult. Mask are required.
