They only ever have one teller working & a sign for a business line that is a complete joke because they just make everyone wait in the same line & don't actually use the business line at all. This morning was one of many that I was told there was SOME kind of hold up. Why is every desk filled and a manager is walking the floor telling everyone it'll be 15 mins before the teller lines are open? Is NO ONE else besides the ONE teller they usually have qualified to run a teller?? And beyond that, they KNOW they get heavy business in the morning and still don't schedule accordingly. It's a slap to the face at anyone requiring their services. If you have another option, GO THERE. Meanwhile, I have to use this bank for my job and will continue to be at the mercy of the poor management at this location. Whoever is over the district for this bank needs to take a serious look at the people running it.
