There seem to be no sense of priority or urgency by employees, and it was business as usual. I spoke with two employees and an assistant manager. The teller did not seem very interested in the problem but did seem interested in her cell phone. This assistant manager understood my frustration or concern but seemed to know that she wasn't going to get support she needed. There were many senior citizen standing in line, I observed three merchants, and all the customers seem very patient. Employees were polite somewhat friendly, but did seem a bit distant and not truly interested in the customer. As a former executive level supervisor and now small business owner, I would fire the manager and two or three of the employees.

Credit associations usually can beat other financial institution loan rates, etc. They have a drive-thru and are open on Saturday.
