CHASE BANK @ GOVERNOR…read more This Chase Bank is pretty close to UTC La Jolla and honestly one of the closest Chase locations that I saw. It's just right down the road and was super easy to get to. The location feels pretty secure, and there's lots of parking directly in front of the bank for Chase customers. They also have plenty of handicap parking available. I came in because I had a lot of cash that I wanted to deposit. I'm someone who doesn't really love carrying around cash, so I was happy to finally get it deposited. There was a little bit of a line when I came in, and there were only two employees working, but everyone was super friendly. I also had some questions about my checking and savings accounts, and I was able to sit down with Brian, who was really quick and easy to work with. He answered all of my questions and made the whole process super simple. The bank itself is also pretty spacious, with lots of chairs available if you need to wait. They even have little lollipops on the side that you can grab! I will say that there wasn't any security out front, which I found a little surprising because most of the Chase locations I've been to usually have security. Other than that, it looks and feels pretty much like any other Chase Bank. Overall, I had a really good experience here. The employees were nice, parking was easy, and everything was quick and straightforward!

I applied with National Funding for business funding and they added me to some Risk system lenders…read moreuse, and after that, everything changed. Other lenders started backing away, and I was told my file may have been flagged in a lender risk system. The worst part is that no one from National Funding ever contacted me to verify anything with my bank or ask for clarification. They just made a decision, seemingly put me on some kind of lending blacklist, and then ghosted me. This has hurt my business badly. I am frustrated, angry, and honestly feel completely screwed over. I need National Funding to explain what happened, who they shared my file with, and how they are going to fix it. I ended up looking at a local lender and they explained to me why others were backing off and it was cause of a single damn company.
