The issue is that there is no longer a drive through and going inside always takes an extremely long time bcus there is always only one teller. I went prior to an appointment to cash a check to have cash on hand and there was a line and no clerk at the window so I had to leave to avoid being late. Came back at closing time and was in and out. If the drive through is permanently closed. There needs to be more tellers at this location. I only opened an account here bcus I just moved here from Alabama and I live next door to the bank but I can never go in and out under 20 minutes or more.

I am disabled and noticing my cane, one of the staff, Emily, went and got me a chair to sit in line in. And then offered to help me move it as I moved in line! As someone who lives with chronic pain and disability, I almost NEVER get that kind of help from people and businesses. So thank you to this bank, the all staff, and Emily!

I've been with this company for a minute now, but today I witness something that people have been…read moresaying for a min. That manager Randy is such a unprofession, mean, condescending and disrespectful man. Today he made me never want to come into that place of business again! I watched him allow another customer sit in the front for 20 mins while the other young lady Trenis do my loan to then have her to stop what she was doing to now call the other customer to come back where he was. Now it's already 5:15 Trenis is trying to finish me up then another lady walks in. The lady was waiting on Randy and he sat in the back talking to the lady he had for another 20 min about tattooes instead of working getting done and helping the other customer. The customer kept asking could he help her but Randy never stopped talk and showing off his tattooes. Once Trenis was done with me it was 530 he was still talking and showing picture I walked out and shock my head. To me he wasn't that busy to not do the customers loan he was showing her she wasn't going to rush his conversation like she was as important. I just thought that was wrong but I hear he always do people like that. He just showed me proof.

It was one of the first check cashing places that said it was open till 6pm on a weekday. I called them to make sure they would be open they said they would be until 6pm. I got there at 5:30 and they were closed with no one in sight. I thought it was a coincidence so I tried again to. Their weekend hours posted reflect closing time at 4:00pm. I got there at 3:50pm they were closed and door locked. The worker had actually walked out 1 minute before I parked. He was sitting in his car and I let my window to ask him why they closed early and he put up the index finger to indicate "one sec" needless to say he never let the window down. I've given multiple chances for this company to honor their hours posted and they have failed both times. I personally wouldn't recommend their services to anyone.
