Around Christmas time I only had two months or so left and they told me I could get around 300 this was on the 15th of the month and they said your next payment will be the 3rd (the only day I can make it) I get a phone call on like the 13th of the month and I said I don't owe till the 3rd the girl goes ohhhh ok. They take it out of my account I get a charge have to waste my time to get it all reversed and charges dropped the girl Ashley was rude then I told my bank about her and said I should call cooperate on her someone needs to know it was uncalled for. After wracking my brain, I came up with 5 people, but since 3 of them were former co-workers with the same number, it was inadmissible. The most help I got from them was "we have a phone book," but it wasn't even a white pages (a tiny one for Jeff county, but nothing for STL, where all my family is). At no point were any other options suggested, and I felt like they didn't really care. I understand working jobs where people are ignorant to you, and how it can harden you. But sometimes just a wee bit of compassion helps a lot.
