What is BOA thinking??? I make a deposit once a month. I walk in yesterday and only one teller inside at 11:30 am. What????... One teller??? ... Always busy, no drive thru and you have one teller inside??? I just came from RBFC where there were four tellers inside plus several lanes in their drive thru open I tell the lady that is walking around, Manager of the Day I guess, that I am not happy that they closed the drive thru. (I told a different lady the same thing last month when I was in there.) The elderly man in front of me turns around and says "Me too!" I also mentioned that I was unhappy that there was one teller with a line waiting. She asked if I had an account at the bank. NO I don't. I don't like banks. I certainly don't like this bank as I said in my previous tip. Why is this always a question with them? It doesn't matter if I am an account holder, I am here to do a transaction at this bank. Someone I do business with has an account at your bank and that's why I'm there to make a deposit. I am annoyed, frustrated, and now my voice raised when she wouldn't stop talking to me even after I asked her to stop. I was coming unglued. I was expressing my displeasure. I didn't want to answer her questions. I didn't want to hear her excuses. I feel closing the drive thru is the wrong thing to do. end of story. the end. period. .... Horrible Customer Service... P.S. They really do have 'banking hours'... they close at 4pm. ... RBFCU is open till 6...
