After my long wait, new girl asked for my phone number. I asked her why do you want my number? She says to access your account. I said I don't have account, why did previous girl not let me know I needed to open an account nor did the guy tell me. Then she says: we can open you an account now. and you can come back at 7am for your check cashing. I could go to my bank for free I thought. why return? I need the cash now,reason I called n waited to then be basically turned away because of lack of information by them? I do not recommend this location nor will I ever deal with them. Usually around Xmas time I take out the max and around income tax I always paid it off, then in summer of 2023 I called to see if I can just borrow $500 and they put me on hold after taking my information and then another girl gets on and she says she the manager and very snotty she says they are unable to help me and I ask why and at that time I was in between jobs so I take it they ran my credit and was like okay I get it but why be snotty about it and I ask again who she was and she kept say I'm the manager and I finally ask for her name and she said Veronica and I just hung up and left it like that... Today I called because something unexpected happened and well I printed out my check stubs and was ready to give all my updated information, but when someone answers and I explain I'm needing to reopen a loan that I had for years and she tells me that I called less then 6 mos ago and if I'm sure if I want to try again and I told her yes then she puts me on hold then here comes the manager on the phone telling me I'm denied because my credit wasn't good and I told her yeah I know my credit isn't good but I always had called in the past and they would tell me to take in my pay stubs showing proof I'm still working and current utility bill proving where I live and with the same snotty attitude says they are finance with the bank and that's how they get their money. I didn't want to get into with her because she sounded the same snotty Veronica I spoke to months back, it's a shame that I've been doing business here for years and seen so many little girls come and go and wasn't hard for me to get money because I build my history with them but I guess that doesn't matter here but what's makes me angry that they are not professional at all about it and have a shitty attitude, well glad I was able to get help from another company that I build history the same time as I did with this company.

What to do, what to do? Wells Fargo came to my rescue with a quick and easy money order, conveniently placed in a pristine envelope for me. The $5 fee for the money order was also waived because it was for a large amount. Lila provided excellent and clear customer service and aside from the (expected) wait, there were no issues whatsoever. It was an ideal transaction. If I don't find my checkbooks and the portal isn't ready by next month, I have no problems coming back here for another money order.

They used to say hello or welcome even if they didn't mean it. They used to ask if there was anything else they could do even if they didn't mean it. Nobody said a word. For a bank that's supposed to be so friendly and from here like I am, that's kind of a fail. I only came to this location because it was convenient on my way home.
