Over time, the quality declined, especially after I stopped leaving higher tips. At one point, I stopped using her services entirely. Recently, I realized she must've rebranded when I found her number again while searching for a cleaner. She scheduled an appointment with me for today (between 11 AM and 1 PM) but never showed up, called, or communicated that she'd be late.
