He said he would have something drawn in a week or two. That was the 1st of several lies told by him both on the phone and in emails. Long story short we wasted our entire construction season waiting on this poshished liar. Run don't walk form these people They will lie to you, string you along, waste months of your time. I would sincerely discourage building your dream home with this company. We built our home with…read morethem and it was their first entry in the 2017 parade of homes. So many changes were made to our home without our consent or approval. They rushed to get it done for the parade and told us they would change or fix them after the event. Now almost a year later we are still waiting for them to finish these things. They are excellent at saying yes to what you want, but then do what they want instead. I don't want anyone else to have the same experience we had. Be sure EVERY SINGLE thing is in writing. Our home is Beautiful, it just is NOT what we wanted!
