They provide free estimates to come out and look at your trees before you decide to use them and their staff consists of ISA certified arborists! In the summer they also offer a full nursery complete with trees of all sizes, annuals, perennials, shrubs and the best hanging baskets I have seen! Work finally got done (after many phone calls and messages) on May 14. We were told to let it cure for 24-48 hrs before driving on. There were a few questions we had and asked Jim to stop over. Jim has yet (July 29) stopped over to find out my questions, He has not responded to MANY Phone Messages, Facebook Messages or voicemails. I had received ocassional responses to messages with excuses of being busy, but we will be working in Marshfield - I will stop over. Two weeks later he wasnt feeling well and would get back to me. After a couple more weeks (June 24), I messaged him again and he finally got back to me saying he was on his way home from Florida and would get back to me when he returned. Have sent several messages since the 24th with NO RESPONSE via phone and Facebook. I am sure I am now being GHOSTED!! He still has no idea on concerns or questions we have, but when you dont respond with a phone call, how would he know. We are about 4 miles from his business and were asking for 1/2 hr of his time. NOW I get NO RESPONSES and all calls go to voicemail with NO CALL BACK - Not very good customer service after the job is done, so I'm not sure how good that 1 year guarantee is going to be either. As soon as you pay him and you have a few questions and ask him to stop over, he automaticly thinks there is a problem and doesnt want to deal with you.

My wife spoke with Bill Reitz and within days came out and gave us an estimate. The price was fair however they were already booked for the year and were booking for the following year. The following year is here! On Tuesday they came out in full force..... prepared and formed and did a pour..... Wednesday they poured more (It's a long, long driveway) and Thursday they finished. This morning (Friday) they were back out checking and inspecting their work that they took considerable pride in. All that is left to do is wait for it to dry. We are very happy with their work, so much that we're having them pour a stamped patio for us next year. For quality work at a fair price, we wholeheartedly recommend Reitz.
