I have never seen one take a customer home or to the rental car office. A handful over the years would have their secretary call to check status of a customers repair, but only one or two times have they called themselves. More than anything, I have never seen one fight against his own company on behalf of his customer. Ron Rooner does this.....FOR EVERY SINGLE CUSTOMER. Every one of his customers that have come here have gotten this treatment. He is SO far and above the competition that 5 stars is not nearly enough! As a result he is now my agent for Auto, Life, and Homeowners. I have never even liked Farmers, but I am not going anywhere all because of him.
