Save yourself the trouble and use a different company. I continued service from the previous homeowners for the termite baiting system. For the first few years of service, they were great and consistent. I would NOT recommend this company if you are wanting to start a new service. The last time someone came to my property to check the bait traps was in March 2023, I paid for service renewal after for 2024, and no one checked or rebated the traps in 2024. I called to have someone come out and check the traps and to reinstate my service and it has been a complete runaround. Technicians have come out to my property two times over the past couple of weeks, but didn't rebait the traps because of the payment issue. I paid for a service that was never rendered in 2024 and consequentially 2025. They initially tried to get me to pay for a complete new install even though the bait traps are still installed, and I already paid for service renewal. When I provided evidence of the payment I retrieved the check number and the date it was cashed by OPC/Ace) with no service they said someone from central offices would give me a call. I have called this place multiple times over several weeks, the offices that handle payments do not call back. I have received no further communication when I was told the latest I would hear back was by the end of last week. So much of my time has been wasted calling this place with resolution. Additionally I tried to set up an online account- I have the same account number as someone in another city and I can log in and see their info! I let the company know and they were able to get me to log into my actual account, but I can still log into this other person's account and I want my info to be removed from the other account. read more

I am giving a bad review because of useless exterminating. I live in a log cabin and the service is horrible they are under new ownership and I opted out of their service but they came anyway and did nothing other than use a broom to remove cobwebs. If I could give no stars I WOULD. plus they don't feel the need to do inside your home POOR business with poor quality and service.. Also the person on the phone was extremely rude....THAT has no place in business. just plain Horrible. read more

I've been using Ace since 2018 and their service has drastically declined and unfortunately it's things they have control over. I have a quarterly plan, a monthly plan, and an annual plan with them (well not anymore based on recent experiences) and I have to remind them every time and do their job for them. I question the effectiveness of their services because I regularly have ants and bugs, even after years of treatments. Their communication is terrible and Bill is one of the rudest people I've encountered. Ace should be embarrassed to have him interacting with customers. I did share with Ace that their communication and service to the customer has declined and is subpar at best. Surprisingly, they agreed with me (except for Bill, he thinks he's perfect and they do everything right). read more

I have been under Ace's quarterly plan to treat the house and any visits between the house treatments are covered under the plan. This sounds great, however, I have been unable to get a call back from both the technician assigned to the house as well as the supervisor for a mice issue. Before that I always had to call at least twice to get someone to call me back to head to the house for previous issues. Ace Exterminating has been unreliable and very difficult to get a hold of nor has there ever been a way to schedule a time and day for someone to arrive. Rather, if I get a call back the technician says they'll be there later today once they are around the area, which is impossible to plan around. I am canceling my quarterly plan and finding another business. read more

I found a big bug in my kitchen and freaked out. I trapped it and randomly googled exterminators. I called ACE because of the great reviews I read. All true so here's another one to add to the list. When I called to explain my situation, they transferred me to David King who patiently listened and worked me into his schedule the same day because he knew I was anxious. He came to my house within a few hours and was so professional, smart and kind. He knows his stuff. He Identifued the type of bug immediately and put my mind at ease. He freely offered up so many good ideas for around the house and I was able to get on with my day. Thank you, David. ACE is lucky to have you! The actual exterminator was great, very nice and helpful. The service is okay, one was successful. The other wasn't. The office staff? we're not so grear. Sherry especially is rude and condescending. It's completely unprofessional to talk over, interrupt and become combative with clients. I was not even going to leave a bad review until after I talked to her about canceling services. We initially contacted Ace for a mole and ant problem. The representative assured me that both would be no problem. but when they came with bug spray and the same poison peanuts we use, they told us that getting rid of the moles would not be easy. So they sprayed their bug spray and put down 3 or 4 peanuts and left. In the next following days they took close to $600.00 from our account. When we questioned this, someone came out and repeated what the first one did. It was at this time, we cancelled the whole thing and thought that it was an expensive lesson, but this week they decided to take another $80.00 from our account. FOR WHAT?????? Cannot get any response from these guys. Had to go to the bank and dispute the $80.00 just to get them to respond. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY BANK ACCOUNT INFORMATION!!!! They think they can use it when ever they want. Next stop is Police Station to file theft charges. read more

Darrell Bickford (sp?) went above and beyond what I expected. I *thought* I might have bedbugs from a rehab facility that I had just been released from. I wasn't able to drive to Ace to show them the bug I found. He CAME TO MY HOUSE and identified it as a carpet beetle THANK GOD! He didn't charge me a dime and told me what to do to get rid of the harmless little buggers. I was so worried about having any kind of bug that I would have gladly paid him, but he wouldn't hear of it. It is service like this that will keep this company TOPS on my list if I ever need an exterminator. You just don't get that kind of treatment every day and I was very pleasantly surprised. I've been using Ace for 14 years, and they are THE BEST. Lightening fast service -- sometimes same day, but that might be because I am an established customer! Our tech, Kevin, knows literally everything about bugs and creepy crawlies. Get the every-other-month treatment service and you will be bug-free. And if you do see nasty spiders, ants, stink bugs, etc., they know how to kill 'em quick. I wish there were more companies with this level of customer service! Plus, they need to clone Kevin because he is amazing. read more

Ace salesman was very friendly & the most knowledgeable person that came to our house to give their estimate for getting rid of termites. I do not recommend this company!!! They did not have the expertise,or equipment to handle my issue. Do what you are good at and if not refer to another organization. I paid $285. To have to call another company to take care of the issue. The other company brought multiple tools and took care of the problem in 36 hours after dealing with Ace for almost 3 weeks.
