I have incurred over $10,000 in expenses and my toilet is bubbling and dirty water has backed up into my shower again tonight. I asked Chris to stand by his product and he basically blew me off and hung up on me. He says I am past the 1 year warranty, but guess what it has never worked and he claims because he came out 1 time and claimed there were wipes in it, he has no liability. He is absurd and irresponsible. We only visited the house on weekends occasionally for 3 years and there was just me and my husband. The problems began in 2021 and they continue.
