I had a contractor cut an irrigation line in my backyard. The contractor couldn't find the shut…read moreoff valve for the irrigation system so he turned off the water at the meter. I couldn't find the shut off valve so I started calling irrigation specialists. My hope was to get a tech to come out to find the cut off valve and to replace the cut irrigation pipe. The best I could get was a next day service call. I finally called All About Irrigation & Landscape Services. I spoke with John Watson. I described the problem to Mr. Watson. Mr. Watson told me that they could schedule a tech for next Tuesday or send one out today on an emergency call. Mr. Watson warned me that the emergency call would start at $250.00. Mr. Watson then offered me a third option. He told me to take photos of the area around my water meter, send them to his phone and he would mark them up to show me where I would likely find the shut off valve for the sprinkler system. Mr. Watson was juggling other customers calls while we texted photos back and forth. Following Mr. Watson's instructions and using the bayonet in a minefield technique I found the box containing the shut off valve buried under an inch of sod. Thanks to Mr. Watson I was able to safely turn the water supply to my house back on. I don't know what Mr. Watson's role with All About Irrigation & Landscape Services is but his efforts won me over as a customer.

Unfortunately, the installed sprinkler system had no above ground cutoff. The water had to be cut off to the entire house and I could not even begin to figure out where it could be. I Googled my options and decided to contact Eden Irrigation first. I immediately got in touch with Pedro who listened and heard the mild panic in my voice and scheduled me for a tentative appointment by 7PM, while telling me that should I be able to find someone who could come sooner, I should go ahead with them. Based on what I had read, I knew his company was well regarded, but I tried to contact some of his other competitors. Every single one did not have a person answering their phones. I went to voicemail four times back to back...now some might say that this is indicative of a busy company, and this might be true. But, I could hear Pedro on the job when I called, he just actually had the wherewithal to answer. In other words, even though he was busy, he was still able to respond and provide customer service! As the time drew closer to the appointment time, Pedro kept me appraised of his status. Eventually, he got to the house, and he got there just at the time he said! He solved my problem quickly, and he even provided me with an estimate if I wanted further repairs. All at a very reasonable price and in such a timely manner!!
