Placed a delivery order, paid for it, scheduled a date and time for delivery 10 days out. The day before delivery, Lowe's gave me a time range for delivery as scheduled. I had to cancel commitments to receive delivery, since Lowe's requires I be there when they arrive. On the day of delivery, Lowe's canceled the delivery and rescheduled for a week later at the very last minute. On the second delivery date, once again canceled without communication and rescheduled another week later. This is par for the course in today's market place. I was not even involved in the conversation. Of course, they boast about their wonderful AI chat customer care nonsense, where you can waste your time clicking your way through a computer that solves nothing. I Canceled this order and purchasing from elsewhere. I've spend thousands at this store, No more. Go elsewhere folks, this mediocre company doesn't care nor do they earn your business any longer. I'm done with them and will share my story with everyone within my business and sphere of influence. BTW, if you receive a last minute cancellation and rescheduling by an outsourced delivery entity known as "Hollar Creek", just cancel your order immediately, you'll never receive your order. I paid high dollars for this fencing because it has to be special ordered because they don't keep it in stock.To begin with, the first delivery was the wrong fencing; it belonged to a family in Georgetown, Kentucky. My fencing was delivered to Georgetown, Kentucky. After contacting a lady named Molly, which was a third party contact person, she informed me that she would get it corrected in two days. It took almost two weeks and when we did receive the order, it all wasn't there. We ordered a Winchester Grey color and it looks brown? We then contacted a lady named Jennifer, whom was the sales person that visited our house and gave us the quote to send us a sample of Winchester Grey and she was going to drive to Louisville and bring us the sample within the next two days, and that was two months ago and we still haven't received it. Not sure why Yelp is placing my location in San Francisco? I'm in the Berea area…read more. In one word, "ghetto". We made a service/warranty call about our ice maker, and these guys were sent out. They ordered a part, and then returned about a week later (by this time, we had already discovered what the problem actually was...the line was frozen). They installed the new part, and proceeded to lie by telling us that our ice maker would start working again within 24 to 48 hours, which is complete nonsense. Ice makers should immediately fill up with water, and start producing ice once frozen. Lies. And, on top of this, they kept our "old broken" part (which wasn't even broken), so they could probably turn around and sell to someone else.

Our ice machine would randomly work and then randomly stop. On May 15, I called our warranty company again and they called this repair company again. Guy came out next day, poked around for about 20 minutes, collected my $75 because it's "not the same thing as it was in November", and said my ice maker needed to be replaced. Said it would take about a week for the part to come in. Oh, and had me sign a waiver saying that if they damaged my fridge or area around my fridge while fixing my fridge they weren't liable?!?! Later that day, I get a phone call from the office manager, I guess, who says he doesn't understand what the guy who came out says and he needs to send out someone else. I had guests coming, so I had to schedule the appointment a week later for the 22nd. Guy comes out, works on the machine for about 40 minutes, runs a bunch of tests and says it's a sensor, goes out to his truck, replaces the sensor, says in about 3 hours we should have ice and never have any problems with this issue again. I got a text from them saying my issue had been resolved. 6 hours later, still no ice (water in the tray is same temperature as the fridge). Next day, I text the repair man and he says I need to unplug it for 5 minutes and then plug it back in. Next day I text him, still not working, but the water is now colder in the tray. "Now I know what's wrong". I started texting him and calling the office back daily. The repairman would answer, the office would not nor would the office return my call. The repairman would tell me he's waiting for word from his boss on what he can do. It's now been 13 days and I called the warranty company (I've been told I have a problem with being 'too nice and patient'). "We received a message stating your problem has been fixed." Yes, they fixed a part on my fridge, but I paid a $75 fee for ice to come out of my fridge. Ice does not come out. They are sending another company out. Both repairmen were nice, friendly, knowledgeable, and very respectful, but I can't get the office to call me back unless I owe them money or it looks like something might cost them money. Don't waste your time. I will request a different company from now on.

The owner was incredibly friendly and a wealth of knowledge, walking me through his selections, their backstories, and truly educating me on it all and how to properly get into and take care of the bonsai. In addition he pointed me towards various resources including local clubs, workshops, and more to build up my own experiences. The quality of his plants was top tier, and the pricing was quite fair. You do have to make a reservation in advance though with him to make a visit but he was incredibly responsive and flexible, working with you to make it happen.
