Customer service is nonexistent, I have been waiting since June 22nd to hear from a manager. I have try numerous times for them to get back with me after they overcharged me. A good local hardware store. Usually well stocked and relatively helpful staff. Isn't the cheapest compared to big chains (i.e. Home Depot, Lowes) but priced appropriately and more convenient than driving an hour to the other stores. Like most of the other reviews have stated, there is plenty of employees to help you find everything you need, which would not seem like a bad thing, but can be. I was asked more than enough times if I could be helped and was finding everything I needed. You would think that after 5 times of replying no thanks, they would get the memo that I am just looking. I do not liked to monitored, as I'm sure no one else is either. It would be great if the staff would learn that if I really needed help, I would look for them and not wait for them to come to me. read more
