Horrid experience! Sales rep alone in store, told us his manager was in back. Had a store full, did not notify any customers of wait time until almost closing. The store cleared out, everyone upset. We asked to speak with the manager in the back doing nothing, the sale rep Manuel, bit my head of at my question, says manager didn't have a tablet to help, I clarified that's not what I was asking for. Sales Rep Manuel got upset. When I asked for his name, he did not respond and walked in the back. The customer that he was currently helping felt bad like she was taking all of his time and said that it wasn't the sales reps fault. Though I disagree because the manager in the back who didn't have access to a tablet, could've at least taken down names and phone numbers scheduled appointments for the following day, etc.. The differences that could have been made; Knowing that you're the only person in the building that can help customers you should clearly welcome in your customers and let them know the wait time as they walk in. If your superior, manager, owner do not clarify that that is a part of your job. They are wrong and you and they are greatly under serving your customer. Speaking rudely to a customer when they ask for your superior, was unnecessary and undeserving. We will further take this up with T-Mobile so that they know what type of franchise that they're allowing to be ran. If we continue our business with T-Mobile, we will no longer be doing it with this location. I will switch my phone company before I walk in here again. read more

Manager at t-mobile is the best. We were just moving to Burley, and checked around at the other cable companies in town. T-Mobile had the best deal. $50 a month for high speed internet! Much cheaper than the cable companies, and faster too! Best of all we didn't have to wait a month to get set up. She went the extra mile to get us the equipment in a weeks time. read more

Burley is too small to screw it's residence. They belittled me in front of my family and made fun of me for wanting a simple phone. We got a "free" laptop that would only cost "$10" a month. The myfi plan is around $60. We returned our laptop (which was used, had mark as a user name on it) and we were charged a re-stocking fee. If you don't believe my story ask the owner of "Ray's Muffler" the horror stories of Bullfrog. His name is Loren. It's worth the drive to Twin for your Verizon service. You'll save money.

I understand that my mailbox was a little blocked, even say all the way blocked. I was out there trying to make contact the least he could say would be hi and that's just being a decent human being. Yesterday I went j to the post office to get a box and tried to figure out the cheapest way to send a package and the woman behind the counter was helpful with helping me figure it all out. And today, I was notified that my package was delivered. After searching my porch and my post office for the package, I called the Post Office, and they figured out by GPS it was delivered to the wrong house. So he went to where the package was delivered and he then personally delivered to me.

THREE FEMALE EMPLOYEES with one bad mouthing a customer. Oh, and did I mention that she ended that tirade with the "f" word? This store is totally unorganized, mgmt needs to get on the stick with both that and lazy hang around and gossip Jr high school mentality!!!
