I will say I was a little disappointed recently, in one of my orders where most of the order was picked, but one of the items was not it was lattice, and it was one of the larger items however I had to go into the store because they had many in stock and pick it up myself and then go to customer service and have that canceled off of my order. With that being my only complaint and suggestion for improvement overall the staff has been great and knowledgeable. The store is well stocked and clean, and they have excellent sales on plants. One thing that I really appreciate is the program for the military discount, which is 10%. It's easy to input on online orders and in store. Also the app allows you to accrue points and get rewards, like five dollars off your next purchase. Every dollar helps when you have projects you're doing, so getting enrolled in that program & using the app is a must!

I have been trying for months to get my LG oven and over-the-range microwave repaired, and the entire experience has been a nightmare. LG customer service has had horrible communication throughout the process. The technicians coming from the Edmond area have missed multiple scheduled appointments, and I have received dozens of incorrect parts while my appliances STILL have not been properly repaired. I have spent countless hours making phone calls, waiting for technicians who don't show up, explaining the same situation repeatedly, and trying to get someone to actually take responsibility and resolve the problem. To make matters worse, trying to get help from the Lowe's store in Enid has been incredibly frustrating. I have attempted to reach management and have been unable to get meaningful assistance. At this point, I do not want another repair appointment. I do not want another box of parts. And I do not want another promise that someone will call me back. I want Lowe's to pick up both appliances and issue me a FULL REFUND. A customer should not have to spend nearly a year fighting to get expensive household appliances repaired. I gave LG and Lowe's more than enough time and opportunities to make this right. I purchased these appliances expecting Lowe's and LG to stand behind what they sell. Instead, I have been left with months of frustration, missed appointments, incorrect parts, poor communication, and appliances that still aren't properly fixed. Buyer beware--based on my experience, I would think twice before purchasing an LG appliance through Lowe's if this is what warranty service looks like. I am still waiting for someone with the authority to finally make this right.

Today the wife of one of the military's most productive members was threatened, intimidated, and…read morehumiliated in front of her friends and other customers. She received permission to hand out flyers for a local military charity that benefits the local community. After a few minutes another manager accosted her and denied her approval to hand out flyers. When she informed him that she already had permission he denied her again. She began leaving immediately and ran into a friend in the parking lot. The manager actually followed her OUTSIDE and yelled at her to saying that she was accosting the customers (though it was a personal conversation that she was having with one of her friends). He then threatened to call the police on her if she didn't leave. She came home in tears and felt physically and emotionally intimidated and humiliated. Simply because she wanted to pass out flyers. Please help us get the reviews and attention this store deserves for such poor customer service and immoral practice of human compassion. Regardless of giving her permission, there are WAY better ways of asking someone to leave and to deny permission to hand out flyers. They refuse to apologize. Please review them on yelp. A woman seeking to help the world by handing out flyers that benefit the community and the military should not have to feel physically threatened. They have lost my business and I highly recommend you shop at Lowe's as an alternative. Lowe's denied her handing out flyers as well, but handled it in a professional and kind manner.
