Here's the calculus: 1 star +4 because they made things right by immediately sending the correct item. -1 because they didn't communicate that they were sending the correct item until I posted this review and because my attempts to reach them went unanswered until I posted this review. -1 because they asked me to remove my review before I had the accurate purchase in hand. +1 because they allowed me to keep the incorrect item to use or sell as an apology and they did send the correct item with quick shipping. =4 stars My only word of caution: be aware that at least some of Blue Spruce Mercantile's stock is open box and/or missing a part. I don't feel like that was clearly stated on the item I purchased. Yet I was happy with the purchase--it was in very good shape despite open box and missing a part of the set. But!
