I've participated in 3 of their 2019 auctions, and have waited in line for a minimum of 45 minutes just to pay. With cash. Furthermore, they claim the right to change their traditional load out times without making any mention in the main sale terms and holding an online auction that has items located at separate areas miles apart. There are just too many odd considerations to keep in mind to deal with these guys, especially in the online auctions. Do not participate in their auctions if you plan to get your purchases over your lunch break!
