Short story: Bell Ace repaired my Stihl hedger within a week of me bringing it in. They were honest, thorough in explaining the issue, and fixed it at a fraction of the cost compared to another company I previously tried (less than 100.00). The quality of their work speaks for itself. Background: Before coming to Bell Ace, I took my Stihl hedge trimmer to the store in Nashville where I originally purchased it. They kept my equipment for nearly two months. I called repeatedly for updates, and when I finally told them I was coming to pick it up, they informed me it would cost over $200 to repair -- but they could sell me a new one for $300 without the battery (normal price with battery is approximately 499.00}. I won't name them, but their reviews already reflect similar complaints about long repair times. The pattern is clear. Needless to say, I won't be returning to that store. Bell Ace has earned my trust, and I will be using them for all future Stihl repairs and purchases.

They always rearranging the store and I love stocking up on dog supply and they have a great selection for breast cancer awareness. I love that they support them a lot. They have amazing customer service and they always helping you find what you need and it's a great place to stock up especially doing hurricane season. The parking lot is is always clean and ambience is always amazing. The place gets 5 starts from me. Always has cute holiday stuff and even clearance I love shopping and getting great deals and special edition you can't find anywhere else.
