UPS service abysmal. I had a package to drop off which needed the return label printed. The young,…read morefemale, clerk who tried to help me could only ship the package UPS for me which requires printing a new shipping label and charging me the cost of return postage. She said she could not print my return label which I had in an email and on my phone. She looked at it on my phone and said she couldn't print that. Another clerk told me I could email it there and they could print it but she didn't offer that option. I have often taken returns to the ACE in Murfreesboro, where Diann uses her phone to capture an image of the label, emails it to the store and then prints the label, I stopped there on the way, sadly it was her lunch hour. I had other business in Ahoskie so I gave this store a try. They are both listed as UPS service centers. The lady in Ahoskie said they are only for drop off, and they can't print labels. No going to happen, never, ever at her store. Her policy, I suspect as it was clear they do have the printer, time, just not the inclination to help a customer. I think her name was Imelda but I'm not sure, tall, dark hair, medium build.

They also have an enormous power equipment showroom, with Hustler mowers (and a few other brands) and power equipment such as Shindaiwa and Echo. They even have pinestraw, mulch, rock, topsoil, and rent out different types of power equipment like pressure washers and trenchers! It's also family owned and operated, which makes you feel even better for skipping the big box stores. All of the staff are so friendly and helpful and it's such a great place to shop. I bought a saucer sled here before a winter storm a few years ago when everyone else was sold out. The staff is knowledgeable and always willing to help out. There's no such thing as a dumb question. Recently, I stopped in for a large gas container, but they only had small ones. They did have many other items needed for a storm. They are worth the visit for your next project!
