I came upon Wall Mount Tronics and was impressed by their website and the number of 5 star reviews. I gave them a call and spoke to Alberto who was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. I told him that I hadn't purchased a new TV yet and he advised that he could not only source one for me but was able to book me in for that Friday. When I decided on the model I wanted, I texted Alberto with the details and he got back to me immediately. Not only was he able to provide the model I requested, he offered me the next model up at a nominal price. Alberto showed up on time and performed the installation quickly and professionally. Once it was installed he showed me a few features and made sure everything was compatible with my current set up.  Alberto was respectful of my home and took care during the whole installation. Having my TV stop working was such an unexpected inconvenience but Alberto turned this whole experience into such a pleasant one. He also suggested a Keno portable speaker for the rest of the house which has turned out to be terrific. After a few weeks, the amplifier (Marantz 60) would not turn on or would turn off by itself. I was talking to Perry now (Phillip on vacation) and after doing some troubleshooting over the phone he suggested I bring it in. He could not get it to malfunction in the shop. I arranged to pick it up, and Perry came in especially to meet me on Good Friday. He steered me to experiment with trying different outlets at home, which turned out to the issue. A wizard at all things electronic, with an engineering degree from the Lucian Blaga University of Sibiu-- in the heart of Transylvania-- Marius Bleier transforms spaces into the entertainment and gaming enviros of imagination and dreams. In addition to designing and installing residential and commercial surveillance systems, B-Tronics also designs and builds smart home automation solutions, calibrates systems, and repairs and refurbishes all manner of used and vintage electronics. I recently had occasion to revive a vintage Marantz Receiver that had been in storage for 47 years. Following my failed attempts to get it operating again, I dropped it off at B-Tronics. Not only were they able to completely rebuild and bring the classic old-school amp back to life - and to original specifications - Marius also designed and fabricated a custom Automatic Speaker Switch Module, for me. Not available on the market, the device allows remote switching between two independent, dedicated amplified sound systems-- that is, my Yamaha home theatre, multi-channel surround sound system, and my vintage Marantz quadraphonic receiver. Basically, it allows me to utilize my existing surround speakers for both amplified sound sources - saving the expense of an additional four speakers.
