I needed to move and was referred to Ace Movers, by my realtor. Robert and staff are very efficient, and polite. Their service went well until after they dropped off my belongings. I went through boxes trying to find things, and some things appeared to be repacked. I was not able to find many things, that I know are not here. I am missing quite a few items and am very sad as some of the items had a lot of family history. This is what being victimized bc your on your own, what a price to pay. read more

With everyone being so busy these days, it was a pleasant surprise to have Ace Moving -- the first movers on my list of companies to call -- answer right away and schedule our move right away. They even showed up 2.5 hours earlier than scheduled, and got our furniture loaded in no time. Unloading was just about as fast. I am posting this review a little late, but better late than never. Ace moved us from Big River Ca to Fort Mohave Az and it was a challenge to say the least. We had a 3000 sf home on an acre of land with multiple storage units stuffed full. Their guys were friendly, courteous and professional. Our move took two days because of the quantity of furniture and large, awkward items. They were very patient with us.....and it couldn't have been easy. We highly recommend them to anyone. read more

We showed up in a 26' UHaul Truck and they did the best unloading job into our storage unit. They worked fast and were amazing, even using the furniture blankets that our loaders didn't use to wrap our furniture as they placed it in the storage. Everything about Ace Moving is easy, from the initial phone contact till the moving completion. I am just so blown away how they took great care of my property when moving us... I also have to say because of the mix up with my move date they actually came on a Sunday to make sure we were out of the house so the new owners could take possession of the home, wow!!! So I rented a storage unit in the new town we moved to so while unloading they came to the conclusion that it all would not fit so they even made another drop off at the townhouse I had rented, they could have just said "we only unload once and I had to take care of the rest!! Nope they took what would not fit to my new address and unloaded the rest without incident....If you need a moving company this is the team you want for your job, I will only use them if ever I need to move again, honest, reliable and hard working! Sorry guys... I put all of the guys names in my old phone so when I wrote this review I could thank each one individually but my phone broke so I could not retrieve the names of they guys, so sorry!!! We used their service to load our rented moving truck. When the truck was unloaded we had several items broken and destroyed. Broken fishing poles, destroyed bbq, destroyed 42" tv. We haven't unpacked yet so I'm afraid of what we will find. They won't cover anything that was broken since they didn't move us. We wanted to use someone local but they didn't go as far as Wisconsin. She also told us that her crew were professional movers and would do a great job. I would not recommend this company. read more

I have never felt so strongly about any company to use my time to post a review until now. This company was a great find and I was referred to them by a friend. We got bids from every national moving company out there as we were moving from Fort Mohave to Atascadero located on the Central Coast of CA 7 hours away. We knew the moving cost was going to be expensive and also had concern for our belongings. This company saved us 50% and had a big enough trailer to move us from a 2400 sq. ft home. They handled everything with care and used blankets. They were so professional and great communicators. We all arrived late at night so we agreed to not unload until the morning. They knew I had a concern about my bike in the trailer and they actually brought it into to their hotel room for the night!! Super great Owner and staff. We can't say enough about this company other than if you don't use them then you are crazy!! read more
